The Young & Hungry Discoveries Partnership* is pleased to announce Tyler Firestone (Wasaga Beach) as the winner of the 2008 Young & Hungry Discovery Showcase.  As the event winner, Tyler, will be awarded a spot on the Young & Hungry Stage at Summerfolk 2008 and a spot on the Knox Acoustic Cafe stage as an opening act for a 2008 concert.

In addition to Tyler, Driftar, a five-piece band from Hanover was also selected to play the Young & Hungry stage at Summerfolk.  Congratulations and thanks to the other participants for sharing their music with us: Jon Farmer, Eric Braul, Tommy Snider and Graeme Anderson
